The Earthquake Brace + Bolt (EBB) program is a California state initiative that provides eligible homeowners with a grant of up to $3,000 to help pay for seismic retrofits. These retrofits strengthen older homes by bracing crawl space walls and bolting the foundation, making houses safer and more resilient during earthquakes.
